I also found the item to be lovely, however was missing one of the figurines. We immediately notified customer service upon finding this out and have not received a reply. I’m sure the missing piece was not their fault but from manufacturing as the box appeared unopen on arrival. Again, beautiful item, and very well constructed…if it came complete, it would be worth every cent.

Update (and rating/title revised).
Was able to finally make contact with customer service and they were of great help. They tried reaching out to manufacturer but had now luck. They did make things as right as they could and to that I applaud them. If/when you can reach customer service, they are first rate!

I really like the Advent Calendar and received it really fast after ordering. The only problem is that when I received it and put the figurines in the drawers, I found out that the #2 drawer had #4 on it. I ended up with 2- #4 drawers and no #2 one. I sent an e-mail the day I received and then called about 4 days later. I was told the person responsible for answering the complaint was ill and I would hear back in 5-10 business days. It has been at least 10 days and I have not heard anything from your company. I am not happy with the customer service I have received. I even sent a picture of the Calendar as instructed, but have not had any results. I understand they may be backed up, but I paid a lot of money on it and cannot even enjoy it because there is a drawer missing.
