Babbo Natale- BOX DAMAGE

Received my order. Recently opened it and product was damaged. The box the item was shipped in was in perfect condition so I have to think the product was damaged before being sent to me. I emailed the company 2 days ago and have not heard back from them. I decided to call. Just got off the phone with a representative. She said as it was a clearance item I could not return it. She said it was noted in red letters. The only thing I see in red letters is, “ITEM IS BRAND NEW AND IN PERFECT CONDITION HOWEVER THE BOX HAS WATER DAMAGE IS STAINED OR TORN”. She also said that was the reason I got it on sale which was a lie. The company was having a sale on all items and I used a promo code to receive the discount. They just lost a faithful customer. Buyer beware! I would give it no stars if I could but won’t let me.
