A Little Disappointed

I was a little disappointed in this piece. Having taken carriage rides in Central Park in NYC, I was looking forward to adding this to my Christmas in the City collections. However, upon receipt, it was much darker in color than pictures of the piece and was pretty drab. I have been collecting Department 56 villages for more than 25 years and this was the first time I was disappointed in a piece.

This piece has nice detail and reminds me of the newsstands I'd see as a child on the streets of NYC. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the piece was a little brighter in color.
