Gorgeous building

This piece is so pretty. As soon as i received i opened and lit it up. No broken parts. Put it next to Chrysler building.

Wow - great service

Great Service, well wrapped, postage free, arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Thanks

two pieces

The Singer Building was great, but the Hampton Court piece had been opened and the box torn. I was not really happy with that and there was a note that said something about the correct fence coming and I have not seen it.

Beautiful Building

Intricate details in this wonderful piece and with the two bulbs in tandem, the entire building lights up.

Beautiful Christmas piece. So happy

christmas gift

I have been ordering Dept 56 for a number of years for my girls for Christmas - they have quite a collection now but was a bit disappointed this year as I ordered it in the Spring and just received it a short time ago. My disappointment was that you changed the process and I was charged for these gifts immediately - I understand you have a new policy in place now but I must admit I prefer to pay for ordered items when they are shipped. Just a comment for you.
