We received Otto's Rose Perfumery in early December. Just in time to join the other Dept 56 Dickens Village Pieces. I give CountryNMore Giifts and the piece 10 stars! The perfumery has windows that show the inside of the perfumery and the warm glow of a fireplace. I love that about it. Makes it look inviting! Will gladly recommend this shop to everyone! Great selection!

I was very much looking forward to receiving the item for the addition of zoological Society of Dickens Village. It’s a beautiful piece well crafted beautifully decorated unfortunately the the item was received damaged. I have dealt with issues in the past with country Moore and gifts. They’ve been very accommodating and gone above and beyond in getting replacements to me
I am looking very much forward to getting my replacement item and will continue to buy from a great customer service oriented business.
