Based on your "discount tier" you will get discounts on your orders at the checkout, automatically. No need to copy and paste discount code anymore.

No, rewards do not expire.

Based on high demand, we heard your opinion and remade the rewards program to be simpler and easier to use. You no longer need points to redeem rewards. Once you unlock a tier, your discounts will be automatically applied at the checkout, no copying or pasting any codes.

If you return a purchase, the reward earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
