I am a long time collector of Precious Moments figurines. I wanted to start this collection for my granddaughter who was turning one. Even though the figurine I received was cute and typical for Precious Moments, it was not what was described. I ordered the one with the description "updated styling, including vibrant colors, combines today and yesterday as only Precious Moments can do". I received the one with pastel colors. I was quite disappointed. I called twice and was told to send pictures and describe damage (of which there was none). I would've had to pay for return and repurchasing shipping. It was way too much trouble, especially since the error was not on my end. The 5 stars is for the figurine, customer service would be a one.
