Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. We are not currently shipping to Canada or other countries.

Processing: In-stock orders ship within 24-48 business hours for Ground and 24-72 business hours for Economy, excluding weekends and holidays. Every order ships fully insured from our warehouse in Tea, South Dakota.

Shipping rates (lower 48 states):
- Economy, 5-12 business days: FREE on orders $35 and up; $5.99 under $35
- Ground, 2-4 business days: $5.99 on orders $35 and up; $7.99 under $35
- 3 Day Shipping: $16.99
- 2 Day Air: $19.99
- Next Day Air: $49.99
Delivery times count from the day the order ships.

Alaska and Hawaii: USPS 3-day Priority Mail, based on order total: $7.50 (under $30), $11.85 ($30-$59.99), $15.85 ($60-$99.99), $20.50 ($100-$149.99), $25.50 ($150-$249.99), $30.50 ($250-$349.99), $35.99 ($350 and up).

Pre-orders: Pre-order items are charged when ordered and ship when they arrive from the manufacturer. The product page shows the expected date. If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once every item is in stock. Want your in-stock items sooner? Call us toll free at 877-781-4438 or email warehouse@countrynmoregifts.com, and for $4.99 we will split your order: in-stock items ship right away and pre-order items ship when they arrive.

Damage: Every order is insured. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will reship it free and send a return label for the damaged piece.
