Great house if you love the movie

We have several pieces from this collection and this is our second Griswold Holiday House. They do not lie when it says to ONLY use the included adapter. The LED lights will die and render the house basically useless if you don't. We have many Dept 56 pieces and unfortunately attached a different adapter by mistake. This house did not have the bottom piece glued when it arrived thus 4 stars instead of 5. Nothing to do with this business but rather quality control at Dept. 56. Beware of using the correct adapter and this house should last years. Our garage is still doing strong for 5 years.
