This new piece captures that special feeling of nostalgia from Christmas at Grandma's. The outside is cheerfully trimmed with sisal garland and wreaths with large red bows. Light spills out on the front porch through the large double doors onto the 'Welcome' mat - inviting guests inside. Peek into the living room through the big corner window and find presents under the Christmas tree and roaring fire in the fireplace which is complete with its own miniature Village on the mantle!

I just opened the Dept. 56 item. From the welcome mat inviting you to the inside view courtesy of a look-in lighted window, you view a Christmas scene of a tree and stockings hung on the chimney. It all says Merry Christmas! Beautiful details - Simply lovely.

First time placing an order. Package arrived fast and on time as stated. The item was carefully wrapped and the piece was in perfect condition. This is a nice addition to my Snow Village Collection.

Dept. 56 Sized For Surprise!

Size does matter. If you can’t or don’t want a giant skeleton in your yard put one in your Village. Awesome Halloween Village addition. Put a Santa suit on him and he can pull double duty in the Snow Village.
