Are the products on Country N More Gifts new or used?
All items we sell are brand new. We are an authorized retailer for the products we sell. All items come with our satisfaction guarantee. Please click here to learn more about our guarantee.

 

What if an item arrives damaged?
All items are sent fully insured. We will replace an item at no charge to you. In the even an item is no longer available we will send an alternate item of your choice or issue a refund. All damages, except those that are gift wrapped, must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

 

How do I search for products on ?
If you're looking for a particular product or type of product, enter a word, phrase, or item number into the search box at the upper-left corner of the screen and click on the submit button - the site will return all matching products. You can also browse our product assortment using the category links at the left of the page.

 

How do I know if a particular product is actually available?
Look below the image of any product. In stock items will say "Add To Cart".

If an item is out of stock you will see "Pre-Order". A shipping date may be indicated for "pre-order" items.

 

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and Discover Card.

 

How do I know if my credit card was accepted?
If we cannot process your credit card we'll send you an email. We will also place a note on your account. Please log into your account to check the status of your order. Your order cannot be shipped until full payment is made. All orders are subject to credit approval.

 

When does my purchase get charged to my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. If you have Pre-Ordered items, those are also charged at the time your order is placed.

 

How do I review or change an order?
Click the "View Cart" link at the top of the site. You can remove an item with the check boxes or change the quantity and update the cart.

 

How do I review or change an order I placed (pending order)?
Log into your account here. You can add or delete items provided it is not in "shipping" status. Once an order has shipped, you will need to return unwanted product.

 

Can I buy products sold on www.CountryNMoreGifts.com without ordering online?
Yes, but the easiest and fastest way to order is online. Also rest assured that the Country N More Gifts website meets the highest standards of safety and security. Our Secure Shopping statement explains our Safe Shopping Guarantee and other security topics. However, you may also order by:

  4. Specify your email address and telephone number.
  5. If you would like to charge your order over the phone, please have your credit card handy.
How do I know you received my countrynmoregifts.com order?
You'll receive a sequence of messages from us:

  • An on-screen order confirmation immediately after you place your order
  • An order confirmation by email confirming order quantity, item description(s), total cost of your purchase including shipping fees and applicable sales tax, as well as your order number.
  • A final shipping confirmation (with tracking information) by email that will notify you that your order has been shipped

 

How do I track my online, phone/fax or mail order?
To check the status at any time, go to My Account Home, accessible from the top of any page.

 

Can I return a product?
If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased online or via phone/fax or mail, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund.

Country N More Gifts will credit return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply log into your account and click on the "return" link.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered. If your order was shipped free you will be credited the amount of the product minus our shipping cost.

When returning the product, we ask that you log into your account and click on the "return" link. From within your account you will find all the information you need to return your order. Also, please be sure to include the return card that came with your original order indicating the reason for your return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund. If you do not have the return information card, please write your customer number, full name, address, and replacement/refund preference on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment. In addition, we need the full name and address of the original purchaser. If you have additional questions, email Customer Service.

 

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel before or after checkout:

  • BEFORE. Simply click "Remove" to clear any item from your shopping basket.
  • AFTER. You may cancel an order if it is in the pending status. If you wish to cancel an order please email via our online form by clicking here.

 

How will I be credited for return of an item purchased via phone/fax or mail?
You will be refunded the full amount minus shipping charges, in the manner in which you paid. If you paid by check, you will receive a refund check. If you paid by credit card, your credit card account will be credited.

 

Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are retail only, If you are interested becoming a retailer you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
