You originally sent me the wrong item. I called and you sent me a label to return the item and then you sent me the correct item. This took about 19 days for it all to transpire after receiving the wrong item. Thanks for getting it straightened out.
Ralphie's House came promptly and packed superbly. It is even more detailed then I imagined and painted expertly. It will be a wonderful addition to my son in law's Christmas Village. An early Christmas present which was on his list. Very, very nice!!
