I got this for my mom for Christmas since her original one broke. She was very happy. This is exactly what I wanted and it looks like the same one that she bought in the 90s. I was nervous that it wouldnt work but it did!! It was packaged perfectly like new. Thank you so much!

perfect, beautiful concluding house of a wonderful series that I wish could continue forever. I wish there were 30 days of Christmas. I love all of the 12 days of Christmas houses and this one certainly is one of the best I initially had a problem with my initial purchase, which was quickly and perfectly handled by customer service and were able to send me a replacement piece.
