I recently discovered the Jim Shore Santa around the World Collection. I received the Santa Italy as a X-mas gift, which represented my husband's heritage. As I ventured on different websites, I found the Dutch Santa which will represent my mother's side of my family.

I purchased 5 items for my Christmas in the City village in November 2020 and I received 4 of them in January 2022. It took 14 months, numerous unanswered emails to get the items. There is one missing and I was told before Christmas that I would get a refund, but I still have not received it. I received 2 replies to my dozen emails in one year. Items are lovely but not worth this aggravation.

I keep getting a message asking me to rate the Jim Shore snowman that I apparently should have received by now, but I have not received it! Still waiting!!
