Got the item super fast! It was packaged nicely so it wasn’t received broken. I’m getting the rest of 2024 department 56 items from here as well!

Cheaply made

When it comes to the small pieces like this Dept. 56 is doing a poor job. They are cheaply made, break easily and the paint job isn't so great. They charge a lot for them too. I am always happy when it comes to the grinch houses they make though.

Never Received Item- Hard to get a response

This item was mailed 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it is still in SD. No one is responding and I am responsible for tracking this down. Ridiculous!
