            Cheaply made

            When it comes to the small pieces like this Dept. 56 is doing a poor job. They are cheaply made, break easily and the paint job isn't so great. They charge a lot for them too. I am always happy when it comes to the grinch houses they make though.

            Never Received Item- Hard to get a response

            This item was mailed 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows it is still in SD. No one is responding and I am responsible for tracking this down. Ridiculous!
