Nice items but appalling service

I purchased 5 items for my Christmas in the City village in November 2020 and I received 4 of them in January 2022. It took 14 months, numerous unanswered emails to get the items. There is one missing and I was told before Christmas that I would get a refund, but I still have not received it. I received 2 replies to my dozen emails in one year. Items are lovely but not worth this aggravation.

It’s a lovely piece, I bought the whole set. I got it for a discount, however before I even received it, it went on sale for 30% off and the company refused to refund the difference. So, Jim Shore fan, Country NMore Gifts not so much.
