I am so glad I ordered this item which will be enjoyed for many years. The quality is really nice, packaged well and shipping was fast. I wanted this item for a while but was concerned about having to turn the battery-operated light on and off manually. I have not seen this noted about the product, but it does have a timer. The timer is such a nice feature, very happy. Turn it on at the time of night you choose, the timer will turn it off several hours later, I love this item. Thank you countrynmoregifts!

My daughter has several Christmas Vacation pieces she displays each holiday season. I wanted to get her Todd and Margo's house, but was appalled at the prices I saw online at other stores.
