I placed the order for an item that I was looking forward to receiving for or my disabled child. The post office said the item was delivered; however, it was not delivered to me. I asked all the neighbors and put out online posts looking for the package in my neighborhood. I reached out to the seller and filed a claim with eBay. When I was retrying to review the status, somehow, my claim was closed. I reached out to the buyer and they couldn't put in a claim because it was closed. When I reach out to eBay, the only responses that I have received since then is that my case is closed and nothing can be done. I have been a long time eBay customer and am so disappointed with their customer service department. It is impossible to communicate with a live person. In summary, I purchased an item, the item was not delivered to me, eBay will not honor their support on this item and I am out the total value of the purchase. In summary, my child is disappointed for not receiving the item, we cannot find another item like the one that was purchased and eBay will not reimburse me for the item not received or offer any support. The only reason that I give this review one star is because the seller was so nice. The lack of stars is totally on eBay customer service and support. Doesn't matter that I have been a member for over 20 years! Extremely disappointed that eBay does not value long-term customers,
