The Dept. 56 figurine arrived broken, because it was ordered on eBay the company said that there is nothing that they can do. If I start a return on eBay the shipping cost is 1/2 the price of the item. I am very disappointed that the item was not checked before it was shipped to ensure that there were no problems with it. This was supposed to be a Christmas a gift for my daughter.
