Finally in October I saw that product was available for immediate shipping on website
Called and told my order would ship ‘soon’ as it was expected to arrive in warehouse within 2 weeks

Order shipped within the hour of my phonecall
Obviously someone messed up and forgot to fulfill my order in August - no ownership of mistake and no apology for two month delay
Below average customer service
