Halloween wasn't a thing back in the 1820's when the Legend of Sleepy Hollow was written. The story is set in a secluded village known as Sleepy Hollow about a lanky newcomer & schoolmaster Ichabod Crane who courts a young heiress.
This figure is SO well done. I was so happy to see the newest version of the Sleepy Hollow sub series. Highly recommend!

The figurine is a great accessory to the new Sleepy Hollow buildings. I have Icabods house and have the schoolhouse on order. I have the original set, but I really prefer the scale and color of the new Sleepy Hollow pieces! Country n More always great prices too!

The piece is so wonderfully crafted Ichabod comes to life as he saunters down the Sleepy Hollow Lane reading away not aware to the Headless Horseman coming to haunt. Highly recommend this pivotal piece of every Sleep Hallow display.
Size does matter. If you can’t or don’t want a giant skeleton in your yard put one in your Village. Awesome Halloween Village addition. Put a Santa suit on him and he can pull double duty in the Snow Village.
