Nice items but appalling service

I purchased 5 items for my Christmas in the City village in November 2020 and I received 4 of them in January 2022. It took 14 months, numerous unanswered emails to get the items. There is one missing and I was told before Christmas that I would get a refund, but I still have not received it. I received 2 replies to my dozen emails in one year. Items are lovely but not worth this aggravation.

Quality Product

We love these cute figurines which will make a great addition to the Christmas village this year. Packaged well and arrived on time, we will definitely order more from this company.
