This south of the border Mexican Santa is a natural addition to the Santa's Around the World collection. He is enjoying the merriest of Mexican Christmas traditions, the pinata. Note the beautiful detail in the sombrero and candy cane in his holster.
Mexican Santa, along with the matching hanging ornament, are beautifully made by Jim Shore. The vibrant coloring and attention to detail make them. really eye catching. I purchased them as a gift and the recipient is looking forward to enjoying them during the Christmas season.

I received my piece and of course Jim Shore is great. But my Santa arrived with the piñata horns broken. I contacted them and got an email asking for the order number. That was ten days ago. It’s a gift, but not worth giving if it’s broken.
