Auto populating

I placed 2 orders the same day, 1 to NM and 1 to WA. I had shipped to both locations before so I used the auto populating feature. The WA order had the correct street address but populated with the NM state. It never arrived in WA and was returned to GNM.
I have requested a refund as I reordered a replacement, which has been delivered, when I discovered the problem with delivery.
