Disappointed with delivery and availability

I purchased two Possible Dream Santa’s and the experience so great. One item never made it to me and had to be refunded because no one could locate the item. Now it’s reposted as available again. The other item actually made it to me in not one but two damaged boxes. Luckily the figurine was not damaged so I didn’t have to go through the headache of trying to return it. I will say that the customer reps I spoke to were very courteous and helpful with my refund.
