After pre-ordering this item back in January, I was super pleased when I received shipping notification it was on it's way finally! There was a brief issue with a lost order but Luke in C/S was quick to handle and was prompt in responding. The item arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition! I was so excited to add it to my collection for Halloween!
