Return policy on damaged items

I received a damaged Jim Shore piece. I sent photos immediately when I opened it and called. The store charged me for shipping upon return. Be aware that if you don’t want to get a replacement sent and only want to return damaged items, you will pay shipping. When I continued to ask questions the staff told me “look I’m not going to keep going back and forth with you” . Sharing in case others are not aware of return policy on damaged items.

Much more than expected: colors are vibrant, very nice height, and there are actually 2 different Jack statues. (description just says figurine) One figurine is Halloween Jack and the other is Jack in his Santa suit.

It was very beautiful, and better than I expected. It is worth every penny I spent on it. The interchangeable figures Jack Skellington and Sandy Clause, perfect to display in Halloween and Christmas Day.

I have been a collector of Jim Shore pieces for years. I grew up in Massachusetts and light houses on Cape Cod are a favorite of mine. Jim captures the authenticity and detail like no other artist. This piece fits in with my patriotic as well as my summer collection. I highly recommend.
