Grinch's Small Heart Grew Three Sizes From Department 56 Collection

This is a fragile piece, so I would be careful with it. This was the last piece to complete the year's pieces.

I ordered an item online from Walmart. Department 56 "Grinch's Small Heart Grew Three Sizes." When I opened it the item is broken. Max's, the Grinch's Dog, antler is broken. Please see photo. There was paper work from Country N More in my box with directions on what to do for a replacement on a broken item. I contacted the company to receive a replacement. This is my email from Country N More:

I understand I ordered it online from Walmart but there was nothing in the box instructing me to contact Walmart or how to contact Walmart. The only directions were contacting this company directly. I have attempted to contact Walmart with no help. I now have a broken item that cost $42.
