I ordered an item online from Walmart. Department 56 "Grinch's Small Heart Grew Three Sizes." When I opened it the item is broken. Max's, the Grinch's Dog, antler is broken. Please see photo. There was paper work from Country N More in my box with directions on what to do for a replacement on a broken item. I contacted the company to receive a replacement. This is my email from Country N More:
"I would love to help you with this, but unfortunately, I do not have access to your account, as this is a Walmart order. You will need to reach out to submit your request via the Walmart platform I can only assist on orders directly from our website. I apologize I can't help you with this.

I understand I ordered it online from Walmart but there was nothing in the box instructing me to contact Walmart or how to contact Walmart. The only directions were contacting this company directly. I have attempted to contact Walmart with no help. I now have a broken item that cost $42.
