I purchased this piece for my wife for Christmas, unfortunately due to shipping delays around the Country, I did not receive this until April. But I will say this company kept me updated every step of the way, as to when they were expecting it to ship. The customer service of CountryNMoreGifts is top notch! When it finally did come in the sent it fed ex and it was at my door in a couple of days. When I opened the package it was packed with care. I stumbled upon this store Christmas shopping, now I will be a life long customer. Thank you so much for your wonderful products at such great prices. May God bless you all!!!

When he was shipped, I received an email he was on his way. Even though they were short staffed my inquiries were always answered. A little delayed, but always answered. There is always some sort of a discount happening. A good selection of Jim Shore pieces I enjoy collecting. I could go on and on. Bottom line, I am a satisfied repeat customer
