Arrived in time frame promised. Perfect condition. Well packaged. I didn't realize it was resin vs. Ceramic, but unless you picked it up, I don't think you'd recognize it. The discounted price is comparable to other places selling this item. Including Walmart who offers a new item for the same price. That said I would certainly buy from the seller.

This piece is very cute. It coordinates especially well with lot 60, but will work with any of the cardinal accessories or any other Christmas house. Rumors say there is another Cardinal House coming out for 2025 so snap this up before it’s gone.
This is a wonderfully detailed piece. It’s simply bulb lit, but I love the colors, the extra details, and especially the cardinals.
