Unhappy with condition of "scarf" on snowman

I wasn't going to review this because of me being unhappy, but you have kept sending me emails to review it. So here goes. I am unhappy with the condition of the "scarf" on the snowman. It looked nothing like the picture you put on Ebay. The scarf was sticking up in the air when I opened it, was flattened in a couple areas, and was missing several beads. Two of them were laying in the box, but a couple others are gone. It had been glued together in a rather unattractive place and I could not get it apart to fix it. I was able to glue it down so it was no longer "sticking up". I am not totally happy with it, and I wish I had sent it back.

Beautiful piece!

This is an addition to my newest collection of Jim Shore pieces. As all of Jim's pieces, this one is just as beautiful as his others. I love this piece and I'm very happy with my newest collection!
